Very pale, white color. Elegant nose dominated by grapefruit and acacia. Fresh, lively, and fleshy mouth with a very soft finish on the white flowers and citrus aromas. Serve cool at 57ºF. An excellent aperitif al fresco. We find this a perfect match for grilled fish or any kind of seafood.
